| Selangor Properties Berhad (SPB) was incorporated on 12 October 1963 and became a public listed company on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Board on 6 November 1963. SPB’s principal activities are property and investment holding, property development and education.
SPB’s investment properties includes Menara Milenium, Wisma Damansara,
Kompleks Pejabat Damansara, 16-Shop Batai, SPB Towers and Taman Tunku Apartments. All of
which are located within the prestigious district of Damansara Heights. In addition, SPB
owns 50% stake in Claremont Shopping Centre project managed by Hawaiian. Hawaiian owns and
manages commercial, retail and hospitality portfolio. Help International Corporation Berhad (Help) is SPB’s investment in University College education. SPB has a 51% stake in Help, which is listed on the second board.
SPB is a major commercial and residential property developer in the Klang valley. It has substantial land banks in prime locations and ongoing development projects mainly within Kuala Lumpur.
